It has occurred to me that there is an anti-male, not so subtle, slant to quite a few TV advertisements.
These adverts portay men as small, stupid, doing "women's work", inadaquate, geeky etc, while portaying women as clever, witty, strong, in-charge, good-looking, sexy etc.
Has anyone out there noticed this ?
Is it a clever device identified by men in the agencies to reach a female market?
Ot are the ad's designed and produced by women with an anti-male agenda?
Do you agree/disagree.
I would like to discuss.
